Be clean and fresh.  If you have had a long day at work , please feel free to shower or freshen up at my in call location.  I will always have facilities available to you.

Do have your donation in the correct sum in and in a envelope.  Please set in plain sight (preferably next to the TV) very shortly after your arrival.    Having to remind you to do so makes me feel very uncomfortable.  Please let us avoid those uncomfortable and awkward moments.
